CS Mithika Linturi paid a courtesy call to Meru Governor H.E Kawira Mwangaza at her office in Meru County for consultation on agriculture development issues.
During their meeting, CS Linturi and Governor Mwangaza cleared an outstanding hospital bill for six miraa traders who were unable to pay their medical bill at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital after they survived a tragic road accident. Later, the CS held a consultative meeting with Meru County Assembly Speaker Hon. Ayub Bundi where they discussed ways on how the ministry can collaborate with the County leadership to promote agricultural development in Meru. The CS expressed his committment in engaging and working closely with all Meru County leaders for the sake of unity and development and also actualize H.E President William Ruto’s agenda on food and nutrition security.
